Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the circumstances under which refunds, if any, may be issued by AF Financial Technology Private Limited, operating the platform (“LoansJagat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

LoansJagat operates as a digital loan marketplace that facilitates access to financial products offered by third-party banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions (“Lenders”). LoansJagat does not directly provide loans or financial products.

1. Nature of Services

LoansJagat provides:

Online comparison of loan and financial products
Application facilitation and lead generation
Digital assistance and customer support

LoansJagat does not charge customers for loan applications, approvals and does not control lender decisions, pricing, or disbursement timelines.

2. Refund Policy

a. No Refund on Loan Processing or Service Facilitation

Any fee, if charged, is for platform usage, documentation assistance, or service facilitation.
Once a service request is initiated or processed, no refund shall be applicable, regardless of:
- Loan rejection by the lender
- Change of mind by the user
- Delay or non-approval by a bank or NBFC

b. Third-Party Charges

LoansJagat is not responsible for any fees charged directly by:

Banks or NBFCs
Payment gateways
Credit bureaus
Verification or documentation partners

The respective third party's policies govern such charges.

3. Exceptional Refunds (At Company’s Discretion)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, including:

Duplicate payment due to a technical error
Payment debited, but service not initiated

All refund requests are subject to:

Internal verification
Management approval
Compliance with applicable laws

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may discontinue using the platform at any time.
Cancellation of a loan application does not guarantee any refund, once processing has begun.
Cancellation does not affect any agreement between the user and the lender.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

LoansJagat does not guarantee:

Loan approval
Interest rates
Processing timelines
Disbursement amounts

Refunds shall not be claimed on grounds of dissatisfaction with lender decisions.
