Standard Chartered Credit Card Interest Rate Charges

To find the annualised percentage rate (APR), we turn the monthly interest rate into a yearly rate.

For example, all Standard Chartered Credit Cards, such as Visa Infinite and Emirates World, have a monthly interest rate of 3.75%, which means the APR is 45.00%.

Instant credit card options have a lower monthly rate of 1.99%, so their APR is 23.88%. If you use your card for cash transactions, the monthly interest rate is also 3.75%, leading to an APR of 45.00%.

Bonus Tip: The interest-free credit period ranges from 18-48 days to 25-55 days, depending on your Payment Due Date. It does not apply to cash advances or revolving balances.
