Manav Sampada UP is an online HRMS portal initiated by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. This portal aims to streamline and manage the vast workforce of the staff personnel of the Uttar Pradesh Government. 1. Employee Database: The centralised database of all employees helps the government track its employees' records and other details at any time.
2. Leave Applications: An employee can request leave through this portal.
3. Salary and Pension: All the details related to the salary and pension of its employees are available under this portal.
4. Work Performances: This portal tracks the employees' work performance and identifies potential candidates for higher promotions.
5. Transparency: This portal has transparent HR activities and procedures. An employee can know the status of his or her requests at any time.
6. 24/7 Service: The portal is available all the time. The employee and employer, i.e., UP Government's top executive officers, can access the database. An employee can apply for leave at his or her convenience.

Step 1: Log on to the official website of Manav Sampada UP.
Step 2: On the top-right side of the website, click the option “eHRMS Login.”
Step 3: A dialogue box will open.
Step 4: In that dialogue box, navigate your cursor to the first bar, User Department. Click the downward arrow. A dropdown menu will display. Select any of the following departments:
Step 5: Enter your user ID, password, and captcha code. Ensure that you have entered the correct captcha code for the login procedures.
Step 6: Click the tab “Login.”
You will be taken to the home page of your Manav Sampada UP portal. You can see all your details on the home page, including your photo. Navigate to all the options to avail yourself of any of its services.
Suppose you have forgotten your password for the portal; you can reset it from the portal itself. Follow the below-mentioned procedures to reset the login password:
Step 1: Log on to the official website of Manav Sampada UP.
Step 2: On the top-right side of the website, click the option “eHRMS Login.”
Step 3: A dialogue box will open.
Step 4: Click the tab “Forgot Password.”
Step 5: In that dialogue box, navigate your cursor to the first bar, User Department. Click the downward arrow. A dropdown menu will display. Select any of the following departments:
Step 6: Enter your User ID.
Step 7: You need to select any one of the following methods to reset the password:

After successfully getting the new password, log into Manav Sampada UP's portal to ensure it works. If you encounter any problems, contact the head office or technical support team.

Step 12: After entering the above details, click “Submit.” A message will ask for your confirmation. Click the tab “OK.”
A message will show that the leave has been applied successfully.

On the next page, you can see your leave history. You can also see the tabs in the portal, namely leave type, applied date, leave status, and many others. However, to know the status of your leave application, it will be mentioned as either “Approved” or “Pending.”
