a. General Customer Support

The helpline is designed to guide employees and employers through account login issues, claim-related queries, and documentation requirements.     Members can give a missed call from their registered mobile number to receive basic details like EPF balance, last contribution, and UAN status via SMS.
     
  • SMS Service: Send EPFOHO UAN to 7738299899
    This SMS must be sent from the registered mobile number. Language preferences can be set by adding a language code (e.g., EPFOHO UAN HIN for Hindi). This service provides information such as PF balance and claim status.

  • If you are unable to log into the Unified Member Portal.
     
  • If you have forgotten or need to reset your UAN login password.
