Step 2: Click the tab “Forgot/Reset Password.”
Step 3: Enter your employee ID, i.e. HRMS number.
Step 4: Then enter your registered mobile number of the UCO HRMS portal.
Step 5: Click the tab “Forgot/Reset Password.”
Now you will receive the One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered mobile number. Enter the OYP number in the bar and click “Submit.”
Step 6: On the next page, you can reset the password. Ensure that your password contains one lowercase, one uppercase, one number, and one special character.
Step 7: click “Submit.”
You have successfully reset the password. It is advisable to check the credentials by accessing it from the UCO HRMS website.

Step 6: A new page will be opened. Here you will find the option of a salary slip.
Step 7: Customise the date, month, and year to generate the salary slip.
Step 8: Click “Submit.”
The UCO HRMS portal will fetch your salary slip. You can also download it in Portable Document Format (PDF).

Step 3: Enter the mathematical calculations from the captcha code.
Step 4: Click “Login.”
Step 5: On the header of the portal, you will find the option application for leave and records. Click it.
Step 6: A new page will be opened. Here selects the date on which you want to apply for leave.
Step 7: Click “Submit”.
For security purposes, the HRMS server will verify your details by sending an OTP to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP number and apply for leave.
Step 1: Access the official website of UCO HRMS.
Step 2: Enter your employee ID, i.e. HRMS number and password, which is assigned for you during the onboarding process.
Step 3: Enter the mathematical calculations from the captcha code.
Step 4: Click “Login.”
Step 5: On the header of the portal, you will find the option, application for leave, and records. Click it.
Step 6: A new page will be opened. Here selects the tab “Leave Records.”
Step 7: A dialogue box will be opened. Select the date, month, and year.
Step 8: Click “Submit.”
The UCO HRMS server will fetch your leave records. It will display the total number of available leaves and the remaining balances. You can also download it in Portable Document Format (PDF) from the HRMS portal.
