Here is a step-by-step process to follow to register in the HRMS Jharkhand.
Step 1: Click on the “Register” button, which is located above the login credentials box.
Step 2: Select the appropriate radio button for GPF/CPS/PRAN.
Step 3: Click on the “Search” button.
Step 4: The employee details from the Treasury will be populated automatically.
Step 5: Fill in the remaining details, such as Mobile Number, Mode of Recruitment, Employee Type, Aadhar Number, and Parent Department.
Step 6: After filling in the details, click on the ‘Confirm your Data’ button below.
Step 7: Choose and enter your desired password.
Step 8: Confirm the password by entering it again.
Step 9: Click on the “Register Me” button.
Step 10: The password you’ve chosen will be sent to the employee's registered mobile number.
Step 11: Now, you can log in using the credentials provided.
To log into the Jharkhand HRMS Portal is simple. Follow these instructions:
Step 1: Visit the official HRMS Jharkhand website.
Step 2: If you are a nodal officer, select “Nodal Officer” as the User Type.
Step 3: Choose your department.
Step 4: Enter your login ID and GPF/CPS/PRAN number.
Step 5: Enter your password and click on "Login."
Step 6: If you are an employee, select “Employee” as the User Type.
Step 7: Enter your login ID and GPF/CPS/PRAN number.
Step 8: Enter your password and click on "Login."
Step 1: Click on the “My Profile” main menu.
Step 2: Select the form you wish to fill out.
Step 3: The forms can be filled out in any order.
Step 4: Upon opening any form, Section 1 (Employee Details) will be automatically populated from the treasury data and cannot be changed or edited.
Step 5: Begin filling out the information starting from Section 2 onwards.
Step 6: After completing each section, click on the “Update” or “Save” button to save the entered information.
Step 7: After saving, click on the “Next/Previous Form” link to navigate to the next or previous form.
Step 8: Repeat this process for each form to fill out and save.
Step 9: Once all forms are filled out, or if you wish to stop at any stage, click on the “Logout” or “Home” button in the top right corner. This will log you out of your individual employee profile and redirect you to the Home Page.

Step 2: On the authorised login, just click on the option of “Forget Password: Change your password.”
Step 3: Click on it, and you will be redirected to a page where you will have to select the department.
Step 4: Enter your GPF/CPS/PRAN number.
Step 5: Click on proceed if you want to move forward. You also get the option to reset it.

Step 1: Go to the official website of HRMS Jharkhand.
