Vehicle Registration Process at RTO Bhagalpur

  1. Visit the official Government of Bihar and scroll to the bottom.

  3. Now you are facing the official Transport Department portal of Bihar.
     
  4. Scroll down until you see the Online Services section in green colour. 
     
  5. Click on the RC Services option, which is the second option in this section.
     
  6. The page that you will be viewing now is the Parivahan portal. There, take your cursor to the Apply for New Registration tab, which is the fourth one in blue colour.
     
  7. Now, select the option that best suits your situation. These are the options:
     
    1. For NOC Issued Vehicle’: Your vehicle should be issued by NOC, and you must have your Vehicle Registration Number. 
       
    2. ‘For Temporary Registered Issued Vehicle’: If your vehicle is temporarily issued and you have the Temporary Registered Number, click on this option.
  8. Fill the registration application form, mainly Form 20. 
     
  9. Upload required documents. 
     
  10. Pay fees and taxes online. 
     
  11. Book an inspection slot/appointment at your local RTO. 
     
  12. Visit the RTO for vehicle inspection & verification with originals.
     
  13. RC / registration certificate is issued.

How to Get a Driving Licence in Bhagalpur?

1. Visit RTO Bhagalpur. Ask one of the officers for the driving license application form.
 

2. Fill in the form, attach documents and pay the fees at the RTO itself.
 

4. Take a learner’s licence first, if you don’t already have one.
 

5. After holding a learner’s licence for the prescribed period, appear for the driving test.
