Step 1: Visit the official website of Jana Small Finance Bank.
Step 2: Locate ‘Individual’ on the top of the page, 1st option in the navigation bar, & click on it.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Savings Account,’ 1st option in the menu bar under Individual in the pink bar.
Step 4: Now Scroll down a bit & click on ‘Apply Now’ in the pink bar.
Step 5: Locate ‘Regular Savings Account’ & click on it.
Step 6: Now click on the 4th option ‘DIGIGEN’ in the menu bar under Regular Savings Account.
Step 7: Fill in your details (like First Name, Last Name, Mobile number, Email ID, State, City, Pincode, & Captcha) & now click on ‘Submit’.
Step 8: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Step 9: Enter your PAN No. & Aadhar No.

Step 3: Now under Login, click on ‘Internet Banking’ or ‘Corporate Internet Banking’ according to your preference.

Step 6: Fill in the details (like Debit card number, PIN number), agree to the terms & conditions, and now click on ‘Next’ in the pink bar.
Step 7: On the next page, set your Username & Password, agree to the terms & conditions and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 8: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number & click on ‘Submit’.

Step 3: Now under Login, click on ‘Internet Banking’ or ‘Corporate Internet Banking’ according to your preference.

Step 5: Now click on ‘Register with CRN’.
Step 6: Fill in all the details (like CRN number, first 4 characters of your name & DOB in DDMMYY format), agree to the terms & conditions, and now click on ‘Next’ in the pink bar.
Step 7: Now set your Username & Password, agree to the terms & conditions & click on ‘Submit’.

Step 8: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number & click on ‘Submit’.
Now, you’re successfully registered into Jana Small Finance Bank Net Banking.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Jana Bank.
Step 2: Locate ‘Login’ 6th option in the navigation bar in the pink bar & click on it.
Step 3: Now under Login, click on ‘Internet Banking’ or ‘Corporate Internet Banking’ according to your preference.
Step 4: On the login page, locate ‘Login’ in the top left corner of the page & click on it.
Step 5: Enter your Username & Password & click on ‘Secure Login’.

Step 7: Now fill in the details (like Payee’s account number, IFSC Code, Account Type, Payee’s Name, Payee's nickname, Payee’s mobile number, Payee’s Email ID,) & click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 8: Confirm all the details & click on ‘Confirm’.
Step 9: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number & click on ‘Submit’.
Now you’ll receive a Unique Reference Number, and your Payee will be activated in 10 minutes.
(Note: You can add a maximum of 3 beneficiaries in a day.)
How to generate your Debit card’s PIN, reset your Debit Card’s PIN, & block your debit card via Jana Small Finance Bank Net Banking:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Jana Small Finance Bank.
Step 2: Log into Jana small finance bank net banking account.
Step 3: Locate ‘3 lines logo’ on the top left corner of the page & click on it.

Step 1: Download Jana Small Finance Bank’s app ‘Jana Bank Mobile Banking’ from the Google Play store or Apple Play Store.
