RBL Bank offers 24/7 support through its dedicated customer care helpline. If you're unable to check your balance through digital or self-service channels, you can simply call the bank’s support team for assistance.
You can also email your queries to customercare@rblbank.com or visit the nearest RBL Bank branch for assistance.
If you don't have access to the internet, you can still check your RBL Bank balance using the USSD service. It works through simple dial codes and is available 24/7.

This method is convenient, secure, and requires no internet connection. Just ensure your mobile number is registered with your RBL Bank account.
RBL Bank allows customers to check their account balance through SMS banking using their registered mobile number. To get started, you need to register for SMS banking. Send an SMS in the following format to 9223366333REG C or REG <14-digit account number>.For example: REG 8008801010000428.
Once registered, you can check your account balance by sending an SMS to the same number. If you have only one account, type BAL C<14-digit account number>. For example, BAL C 8008801010000428.
If you have multiple accounts linked to your number, use BAL C A <account 1> <account 2>. For example, BAL C A 8008801010000428 1003310012021012.
Make sure to send the SMS from the mobile number registered with the bank. Use either capital or lowercase letters; both are accepted. Also, ensure that the SMS format includes proper spaces as shown above. Requests from non-registered numbers will not be processed, and standard SMS charges may apply based on your mobile operator.
Step 1: Visit the official Internet Banking portal of RBL Bank.
Step 2: On the login page, enter your User ID in the space provided and click the Next button.
Step 3: Enter your login password and complete the OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 4: Once logged in, go to the “Accounts” or “Account Summary” section on the dashboard.
