  • NRI customers can add/update their registered mobile numbers by contacting 24-hour customer care or by visiting the nearest ICICI Bank branch or ATM (selected ATM).

  • NRI customers can generate user IDs only through the Bank Account option.

  • Customers will receive the user ID and status of the user ID on the registered mobile number.

  • You can activate your User ID by generating a password online.
